My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for my clients to feel empowered and accepted. Through a collaborative approach, we will work together to support your needs and explore the ways you can cultivate positive change in your life. I hope to focus on your goals in a supportive manner, fostering a sense of resilience and strength as you embark on this journey of self-discovery. I commend you for your openness to change, and I invite you to get to know aspects of yourself that are hard to reach when alone. Together, we may nurture a sense of healing and growth. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic theory. However, I pull from many modalities to provide personalized care for each unique individual. Currently, I am completing my Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University. I have also earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of South Carolina, where I worked as a mental health mentor and advocate.
