My therapeutic style balances working collaboratively with clients while allowing them the space and support to work through whatever they bring to the session. I use an empathetic approach to connect with clients to build a trusting relationship and foster an environment of safety, warmth, and understanding.
I have experience working with children and adolescents in various therapeutic settings, including The Child Guidance Center in New York City, as a grief counselor at a children’s grief group, and as a child life volunteer at Yale New Haven Hospital, among others.
I graduated from Bucknell University in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Education with a concentration in Support Services. I am currently completing my dual Masters in Psychological Counseling and Education at Columbia University, Teachers College.
