Whether you’re looking to make changes or work through existing challenges— you don’t have to do it alone. I view therapy as a collaborative process; together we’ll build a deeper understanding of yourself, your situation, and how best to navigate your new horizons. My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for your personal growth and healing. I have an integrative approach to psychotherapy, incorporating a variety of techniques from psychodynamic theories and CBT, to meet the specific needs of each client.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Northeastern University where I gained experience working with a wide range of clients from different age groups, backgrounds, and diagnoses. I am currently in the process of completing a Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University.
