CONFIDENTIAL AND AFFORDABLE… CALL US FOR AN APPOINTMENT. WE ARE HERE FOR YOU

Dipti Balwani

"You are not the summary of nights that broke you; you are the mornings that came after.”

In a world where each of us traverses unique paths, facing trials and triumphs, I believe in the profound resilience of the human spirit. I am passionate about collaborating with individuals on their journey towards self-discovery and healing.

Drawing from psychodynamic principles, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and a creative arts approach, I offer a therapeutic space where exploration is not confined to the surface but delves deep into the roots of your experiences. Embracing a relational approach, I view therapy as a collaborative endeavor. Together, we engage in collective inquiry, navigating the intricate terrain of your inner world. Within this safe and empathetic environment, vulnerability becomes a gateway to profound understanding and growth.

At the heart of my commitment to this work lies a profound belief in the inherent humanity within each of us. Through compassionate listening and unconditional acceptance, I strive to collaborate with you on your journey towards self-compassion, empowerment, and authenticity and all that you strive for.

With extensive experience as an educator for a decade and now as a therapist, I offer a compassionate ally on your journey toward healing and growth. Specializing in trauma and sexual assault, I have had the privilege of collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, including children, adults, college students, educators, therapists, and those navigating abuse, PTSD, and various mental-health-related challenges.

Trained in Mental Health Counseling from New York University (MA, MHC-LP), with a certificate in LGBTQ+ studies, I am committed to deeply valuing and honoring each person's identity and journey. Regardless of where you come from or who you are, you are embraced with empathy and understanding. Together, let us illuminate all your days with the light that already exists within.

And may we remind ourselves, “The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” ― Carl Gustav Jung
