Therapy is a journey, not a destination. I am excited to start your journey with you. Every person is unique; this is why I pull from different therapeutic treatment modalities to tailor a treatment plan for you that is as unique as you are. I begin with a psychodynamic approach to understand you and for you to get to know me. I draw from elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Humanistic Therapy, and other modalities based on your individual needs such as self-esteem work. Anxiety and depression are frequent symptoms of our emotional systems being in distress. Together we create a customized treatment plan to best serve you and meet your goals. I am currently finishing my master’s in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at NYU and I very much look forward to working with you.
