My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, comfortable environment for clients to share their stories and feel heard and understood. I am dedicated to helping clients find self-acceptance, recognize their self-worth, and improve their day-to-day functioning. I believe that no one deserves to face life’s challenges on their own or suffer in silence, and I am honored to join you on your journey. Based on our collaborative work and on an assessment of your goals, I will create an individualized treatment plan from person-centered and holistic approaches to best serve you and your needs.
I recognize how intimidating therapy can be, and how difficult the first few sessions feel. As your therapist, I will meet you where you’re at and provide you with the space to express your fears, insecurities, dreams, and aspirations. By offering you unconditional acceptance, support, empathy, and understanding, I hope to empower you to be your most genuine, honest, and vulnerable self during sessions. I received my Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from New York University, and I am currently working towards my Master’s in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from NYU. I am dedicated to serving clients of all backgrounds and identities and am committed to maintaining a strong sense of cultural humility and awareness.
