People are resilient and carry within them an inner strength that can be found, no matter how distant or absent it may feel. We will work together to find it, to find understanding, and to find acceptance and healing.

Every person deserves mental and emotional well-being, and that journey can take varying forms and unique paths. I take an integrative approach to counseling, drawing from modalities that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and Mindfulness-based interventions. I take care to see each person through their unique context and with a multicultural and systemic lens. I begin every therapeutic relationship on the same basis, with warmth, empathy, and an environment of emotional safety.

I am currently completing a Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and hold a certificate in health coaching from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Prior to entering the mental health field, I worked in the financial technology industry for 5+ years in client solutioning and relationship management. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology from Virginia Tech.
