It takes courage to reach out for support, whether it's new to you or familiar, is an act of strength—and I commend you for it. My goal is to work with you to deepen self-awareness, uncover unhelpful patterns, and develop coping strategies grounded in evidence-based methods.

My therapeutic approach is holistic and integrative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Theory, and Mindfulness-Based practices to support clients in finding clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of self. Most importantly, I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered to grow.

My professional journey has been both diverse and distinctive—I hold an MBA and previously worked as a business news anchor in a high-stress, performance-driven environment. Now pursuing a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, I bring a balanced perspective that blends real-world insight with emotional sensitivity, allowing me to meet clients where they are and support them with both pragmatic insight and compassion.

For me, this work is more than a career—it’s a calling I’m deeply committed to.
