Hi! I’m Sydney, a passionate Advanced Clinical Resident dedicated to creating a warm, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment for clients to feel heard and safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and I enter the room with curiosity and humility.
My approach is rooted in the belief that one size does not fit all. I work collaboratively with clients to find personalized care that best fits their needs, incorporating Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based techniques to support meaningful change. I work with young adults and adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I also have an interest in working with athletes of all levels, working through sport-related stress and performance concerns.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Cognitive Science from Marist University and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University.
I deeply honor the courage it takes to seek therapy, and I look forward to collaborating with you and supporting you throughout your healing journey!
