I believe that every person holds the capacity to heal, grow, and create meaningful change in their lives. My role as a counselor is to provide a supportive and collaborative space where we can work together to clarify your goals, navigate challenges, and foster resilience. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches, I integrate evidence-based techniques with a mind-body perspective informed by my background in athletics, yoga, and holistic wellness. My aim is to help clients not only understand the origins of their thoughts and behaviors but also build practical skills that empower them to live with greater balance and purpose.

I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at St. Bonaventure University and training as an intern at The Soho Center in New York City. In my clinical work, I have supported clients using CBT, ACT, and mindfulness interventions, tailoring each session to meet their unique needs. Before pursuing counseling, I was a competitive athlete, and I bring that perspective into my work—valuing discipline, resilience, and the connection between mental and physical well-being. My interest in integrating traditional talk therapy with holistic practices continues to shape the way I support clients in reaching their fullest potential.
