We all carry wounds—some we can name, and others that live quietly beneath the surface. Many of these stem from early experiences and can subtly shape how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world. In our work together, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion. My goal is to help you move through life with greater clarity, connection, and ease.
My therapeutic approach is holistic, relational, and person-centered. I take into account your unique story, values, and sociocultural context, and I honor the pace and direction that feel right for you. I believe that therapy works best as a collaborative process—while I may offer insight and tools, you remain the expert on your own life.
My practice is eclectic and grounded in trauma-informed care, integrating psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral theories, attachment theory, and person-centered principles. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relational challenges, attachment wounds, complex trauma (C-PTSD), grief and loss, and life transitions.
I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University New England and working toward a certificate in trauma counseling.
If you feel we might be a good fit, I’d be honored to support you on your healing journey.
