Therapy is a unique experience for every person who chooses to pursue it. Considering therapy in its entirety can feel daunting, especially given the many complexities involved with engaging in this process. I’m ready to provide a collaborative healing space and am so happy that you’re here!

My approach is well-rounded and integrative. I explore the roots of patterns through psychodynamic techniques, incorporate cognitive-behavioral skills that connect thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and draw from existential-humanist approaches that recognize each person’s capacity to live authentically and grow into their best self. It is my goal to understand your origins and identity as you understand them and to work within that framework to foster meaningful change without undermining your lived experiences.

I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Touro University. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Physiological Psychology from Hunter College, which provided me with a broad perspective ranging from large-scale societal influences to the abstract and concrete foundations of psychology.
