My goal is that, through our work together, you'll gain the tools to confidently navigate life’s challenges long after our time together ends. We'll always move at a pace that feels right for you, and I’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
I recognize that each person brings a unique story and set of needs into the therapy space. I take an integrative and personalized approach to treatment, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and affirming environment where we can explore the complexities of your life while identifying and building upon your inherent strengths.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science from UC Berkeley and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at NYU. I was raised in Texas and bring a multicultural perspective to my work, grounded in my South Asian and Nordic heritage.
