Ryan Baker
 Hi, I’m Ryan—I'm so glad you're here.

As an Advanced Clinical Resident, I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and supported. Life can be overwhelming—especially when you're navigating big emotions, major transitions, or the pressure to have it all figured out. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself—and I strive to make that space feel safe, collaborative, and deeply validating.

I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at NYU, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin. My early clinical work has been grounded in supporting children and adolescents, and I remain passionate about helping young people navigate complex emotions and growing pains. I also enjoy working with young adults and adults across a wide range of concerns, from anxiety and school or work-related stress to identity exploration and emotional regulation.

My approach is warm, grounded, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities while centering your lived experience and strengths. Whether you're looking for clarity, relief, or deeper self-understanding, I’ll be here to support you with curiosity, compassion, and care.

Therapy is an invitation to come home to yourself—and it would be an honor to walk alongside you in that process.
