I believe therapy is a collaborative process rooted in curiosity, connection, and respect for each person’s unique story. My approach is person-centered and integrative, meaning I tailor each session to the individual needs, goals, and lived experiences of my clients. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices to help clients better understand themselves, explore patterns, and create meaningful change.
In our work together, I aim to serve as a flashlight, helping illuminate parts of your life, emotions, and experiences that may be ready for deeper exploration. I value being present for both moments of celebration and growth, as well as moments of sadness, uncertainty, and transition. My goal is to support clients in becoming more fulfilled, grounded, and connected to the life they want to build while honoring the strengths, individuality, and lived experiences they bring into the room.
I work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, life transitions, chronic illness, including autoimmune conditions, and the pressures that can come with perfectionism, overworking, and high self-expectations. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park, and I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at New York University.
