If stress, perfectionism, daily life stressors, or trying to please others is hindering your daily life, you are not alone. I specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with panic, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, relationship stressors, and the emotional aftermath of difficult life experiences.
In our first few sessions, we begin to get to know one another, understand what you might currently be struggling with and the origins of those struggles. Once we have built a foundation, we can then begin incorporating coping skills and utilizing therapeutic interventions tailored to you as an individual.
