I work with people from all walks of life, including professionals, students, caregivers, creatives, and anyone navigating the challenges of everyday life. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or seeking greater clarity and connection, I provide a warm, nonjudgmental, and psychologically safe space to explore what matters most to you.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. Drawing from psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered, insight-oriented, and mindfulness-based perspectives, I help clients gain insight into the emotional patterns that influence their experiences and relationships, creating opportunities for healing, growth, and meaningful change.

I hold Master of Arts and Master of Education degrees in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University, an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers College, where I was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. My work is grounded in empathy, insight, and a commitment to supporting emotional well-being.
