It is my belief that you should never suffer in silence. That is why I am here, to help guide you on a journey of self-exploration and healing. I utilize an integrative approach based on your individual needs, and together we will create a custom treatment plan to optimize growth and success in the therapy room. I will often incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into our sessions to help you adjust maladaptive thought patterns and behaviors, as well as utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy techniques to help you regulate and manage intense emotions.
