With a background as a board-certified health and wellness coach, my therapy approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, all through a holistic, person-centered philosophy. I am particularly excited to support the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities in their journeys towards optimal functioning and self understanding.
I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Women’s and Gender Studies at the College of Charleston, and am pursuing a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Teachers College at Columbia University. I have worked with a diverse range of clients with both mental and physical health conditions, at every age and phase of life.
I know how much courage it takes to reach out for help. I strive to cultivate an affirming, judgement-free space where you can share your full self and engage in the healing experience of connection. Whatever your goals are, we will explore your strengths and work together to get you there.
