"We are all just walking each other home." – Ram Dass
I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is not to tell you who you are or what choices to make. Instead, I strive to create a collaborative space where we can slow down, explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion, and better understand the patterns, relationships, and values that shape your life.
Drawing from feminist and relational approaches, I view therapy as a collaborative process that recognizes both individual experiences and the broader contexts that shape them. Having grown up between cultures, I understand how identity, family, culture, and community shape the way we see ourselves and relate to others. I aim to help clients make sense of these experiences while building greater self-understanding and resilience.
I work with individuals navigating life between different worlds – whether between cultures, relationships, expectations, or different versions of themselves. I also enjoy supporting clients experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, life transitions, relationship challenges, and concerns related to self-worth. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply hoping to understand yourself more deeply, I am committed to creating a thoughtful and collaborative space where meaningful growth can take place.
