Hello, my name is Anmol! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor offering a collaborative, warm, and culturally attuned approach to therapy—grounded in honesty, empathy, and real connection.
I specialize in relational work and help clients explore how identity, family dynamics, and early roles shape their current relationships and self-perception. Many of the individuals I work with are in the process of discovering who they are or discovering who they want to be—untangling patterns of perfectionism, caregiving, and cultural expectation along the way.
I earned my Master’s in Mental Health and Wellness Counseling from NYU, and a dual Bachelor’s in Psychology and Human Health from Emory University. My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, guided imagery, and somatic practices.
As a South Asian therapist raised in Miami, I bring a multicultural lens to the therapy space, particularly when working with South Asian, Caribbean, Latinx, East Asian, immigrant, and first-generation clients. I’m fluent in English, with working knowledge of Spanish and Hindi.
