Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
Reaching out for support takes immense strength—and I deeply respect the vulnerability it requires. In our work together, I strive to honor that courage by creating a therapeutic space that feels warm, safe, and grounded in trust.
My clinical approach integrates psychodynamic and humanistic principles, with a strong emphasis on tailoring each session to your unique needs, story, and goals. I view therapy as a collaborative, empowering process—one that centers your lived experiences and helps you reconnect with your inner resilience and wisdom.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I’ll walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity. Together, we’ll work to explore the parts of your mind, spirit, and emotional world that may be asking for healing or transformation.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Cognitive Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling at Brooklyn College.
