My goal is to help clients understand the “why” behind their patterns while also developing practical strategies for meaningful change. I bring a grounded, collaborative approach to therapy that weaves together psychodynamic insight, cognitive behavioral techniques (CBT), and mindfulness-based tools. I work with a wide range of adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, emotional disconnection, and questions around identity, purpose, and meaning.
Having lived in Iran, the UK, and France, I bring a cross-cultural lens to my work and an appreciation for how identity is shaped by both inner experience and cultural context. My background in Cognitive Science from Stanford and a Master’s in Marketing from HEC Paris, along with several years in innovation consulting, inform my understanding of the modern professional psyche—how people may appear successful on the surface while quietly searching for something more authentic and connected.
I’m currently completing my graduate studies in Mental Health Counseling at Columbia University.
