Therapy is the gentle embrace that reminds us we’re not alone in the journey of self-discovery. I believe it’s a gift that grants us the chance to be heard, understood, and supported.

At The SoHo Center, I’m here to create a warm, empathetic, and welcoming environment to support clients’ along the path of growth and healing. I deeply value the connection that’s created throughout the therapeutic alliance, and I believe it’s essential in providing effective psychotherapy, as it’s a collaborative process. In the therapy room, I’m here to actively listen, positively engage, and provide guidance for further self-understanding.

I tailor my therapeutic approach towards person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic principles. I am extremely passionate about cultivating a holistic, culturally responsive, and inclusive space for you to build, thrive, and grow!

I have received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Child Advocacy & Policy. I am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in School Counseling and Education Specialist (EdS) Degree in Professional Counseling at Seton Hall University. I have experience working in childcare and school-settings, where I’ve learned to truly love the experience and development of promoting well-being!
