My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where children, adolescents, adults, and families feel safe exploring life's challenges and creating meaningful change. I have a special passion for supporting parents of neurodivergent children, families navigating the emotional impact of the NICU experience, and adults in the "sandwich generation" who are balancing the needs of both their children and aging parents. My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, with the therapeutic relationship serving as the foundation for growth and healing. I integrate creative arts therapy, solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions to help clients better understand themselves, build practical coping skills, and foster resilience. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience in special education, educational leadership, and family advocacy, I recognize that every person's lived experiences, identities, and values shape their unique story, and I strive to provide care that is compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive.
I am currently completing my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and bring both my professional experience and deep commitment to helping others into my counseling work. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, relationship or family concerns, parenting challenges, or a major life transition, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we can build on your strengths, cultivate hope, and work toward a life that feels more balanced, connected, and fulfilling.
