All parts of you are welcome here—even the ones you’re still getting to know! Therapy with me isn’t about perfection; it’s about permission: to feel, reflect, and grow at your own pace. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, past trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, burned out, or disconnected, I’m here to walk alongside you with care, curiosity, and respect.I work with children, teens, and adults, and tailor each session to your unique needs. My approach combines a strengths-based, relational lens with trauma-informed care. I also draw from tools and training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and narrative therapy to support emotion regulation, identity exploration, and values-based growth. Together, we’ll explore the stories you’ve been told—and the ones you’re ready to rewrite.—while building insight and resilience, and clarity around what truly matters to you.

Before joining the Soho Center, I worked with clients of all ages and diverse cultural and religious backgrounds at Sephardic Bikur Holim, providing both individual and group therapy. I also collaborated with parents to support parenting skills and strengthen family relationships. In addition, I worked as an ABA therapist supporting children in behavioral and developmental growth. These experiences deepened my understanding of how our identities, histories, and environments shape the way we relate to ourselves and the world around us.As a first-generation therapist with a multicultural background, and as a Middle Eastern–American Jewish woman, I bring cultural humility and lived insight into how healing can be deeply tied to honoring where we come from—and where we hope to go.

I hold a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Thanatology—the study of death, dying, and bereavement—and an M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Brooklyn College. My hope is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered to grow. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about asking the right questions, together.
