Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing,There is a field. I'll meet you there."

— RumiTherapy, through my perspective, is less about arriving at answers but rather about creating secure conditions for self-exploration; a space where experiences can be examined without judgment. My approach draws on somatic and mindfulness-based methods alongside reflective communication, working from the premise that the body often registers what the mind hasn't yet articulated. I work with adults facing life transitions, relationship struggles, and the fatigue of holding multiple identities, roles, or expectations at once.

Having grown up navigating more than one culture myself, I bring a personal understanding of what it's like to move between languages, expectations, and versions of self. I approach each client's experience with cultural humility, recognizing that identity and belonging shape people's lives in ways that can't be assumed or generalized. As a bilingual therapist, I offer sessions in both English and Turkish.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science, with a minor in Anthropology, from the University of California, Los Angeles. I am currently completing my Ed.M. in Mental Health Counseling at Teachers College, Columbia University.
