Mia McCue
I believe every person has the capacity to grow and navigate life’s challenges with insight and support. I deeply respect the trust it takes to invite someone into their inner world, and I see my role as offering curiosity, insight, and tools to help you move toward the life you want for yourself.

My therapeutic style integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches, allowing me to help clients both manage symptoms in the present and explore the deeper patterns that shape their relationships and sense of self. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, drawing from both my counseling training and my experience as a postpartum doula. This dual perspective enables me to provide holistic support to new parents navigating emotional, physical, and relational changes during the transition to parenthood.

I am currently earning a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University, where I am training to bring both evidence-based practice and compassion to my work with clients.
