I believe therapy is an opportunity to connect with fellow human beings, share stories, and move towards the best version of our lives. My goal is to make my clients feel heard.

I work with people of all ages dealing with life transitions, identity development, and relationship concerns, and have a person-centered, multicultural approach that emphasizes curiosity for each client's unique story, identity, and relational context. I draw from motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapies, and positive psychology exploring change, goals, and strengths with my clients to help in improving motivation and changing negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors contributing to depression or anxiety.

I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Colorado College, a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Teachers College at Columbia University, and am currently working on my master’s degree in mental health counseling at Fordham University. My research experiences in perinatal mental health and ecopsychology and my background in sports psychology have shown me that there are many ways to approach therapy and move towards greater wellbeing

I would be honored to support you as you explore your story, strengthen your connection with yourself and others, and move toward the life you envision.
