In our work together, I strive to create a space where you feel relaxed, supported, and truly heard. My approach to therapy is warm and curious, with a focus on building a genuine connection. I believe that the relationship we build is at the heart of meaningful change.
Life is always shifting, and choosing to begin therapy is already a powerful first step toward becoming the best version of yourself. Our experiences—both joyful and difficult—shape who we are, while also revealing resilience, strength, and the capacity to grow. Together, we’ll work to uncover those strengths and use them as a foundation for the changes you want to make. During our sessions, I will draw from
evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI), using a person-centered approach that places your unique story at the center of our work. The goal is to meet you exactly where you are, offering guidance, encouragement, and compassion along the way.
While working as an advanced clinical resident at The Soho Center, I am pursuing my Master of Arts in Counseling and Education Specialist (Ed.S.) degree in Professional Counseling at Seton Hall University. Prior to this, I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kean University.
I would be honored to walk alongside you as you explore, heal, and grow!
