I wholeheartedly believe that something meaningful can live inside even the most painful or uncertain experiences, even when it feels impossible to see. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is learn to stay with ourselves through those moments and helping someone do that is work I find truly fulfilling. Before I trained as a therapist, I founded an anonymous mental health support collective that grew into a large, active community. It was a space built specifically for people who were not yet ready to ask for help publicly. That experience taught me something real about what it takes to finally reach out, and I do not take it for granted when someone does.

I draw on psychodynamic therapy because the relationships, experiences, and patterns that formed us do not simply stop shaping how we think, feel, and show up in the world today. Exploring those together is often where things start to shift. I will be direct, honest, and real with you through the therapeutic process. Your temporary circumstances do not have to become your permanent reality, and that is exactly what we are here to work on.My graduate training in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness at NYU has only deepened my conviction that people are more resilient than they know, and that the right support can change everything.
