I believe therapy offers a meaningful space for self-exploration, growth, and lasting change. I recognize that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I strive to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered. Together, we work to explore experiences, identify strengths, and move toward goals that align with each person’s values.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and identity development. My clinical approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care, allowing me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. I am passionate about helping clients build insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical tools that support growth and well-being.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Child and Family Development from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Manhattan University. My training in Mental Health First Aid, Suicide Prevention, Opioid First Aid, and trauma-informed care further informs my clinical work and commitment to supporting clients as they navigate life’s challenges.
