Therapy is a meaningful process of discovering who we are authentically and understanding how our inner world shapes our interactions with others. I believe we are not here to be perfect, but to be real—to understand who we are, what matters to us, and how we want to live.My therapeutic framework draws from several evidence-based and relational modalities, including existential therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. I bring a culturally responsive and trauma-informed lens to my work. I offer therapy in Mandarin, English, or both for bilingual clients. I aim to provide an eclectic approach that best fits each individual’s unique needs. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I invite you to co-create a space were your voice leads, and your strengths guide our work. Together, we will explore both the present and the past, finding connections and helping you develop more compassion for yourself.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Education from Mount Holyoke College in 2023 and am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Teachers College, Columbia University. My passion for this field comes from my experience working with LGBTQ+ populations through both clinical work and research, along with my own cross-cultural immigrant background — all of which deepen my understanding of identity, mental health, and community support.
