I’m open, curious, and I believe that healing comes not from fixing, but from deeply understanding. My goal in therapy is to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered. I'm especially passionate about supporting women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and other marginalized communities navigating identity, trauma, and societal pressure. I hope to honor each person’s unique story while exploring the structural barriers that contribute to distress.
I bring a cross-cultural perspective shaped by my experiences growing up in China and living in the U.S. for the past five years. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for how culture, gender, and social systems influence identity, belonging, and emotional well-being.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Commonwealth Honors College at UMass Amherst, and am currently completing my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Teachers College, Columbia University. Throughout this time, I’ve supported individuals in psychiatric settings and worked with children with developmental disabilities. I offer therapy in English, Mandarin, and Wu Chinese. I’m here to walk alongside you and build a path toward growth, resilience, and self-understanding.
