Hi there,
I’m Jessie, an advanced clinical resident at The Soho Center who is deeply passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges. Alongside my clinical work, I am completing a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling at Capella University.
My journey into therapy began with a deep desire to walk alongside others through the complexities of life. I know what it’s like to carry the weight ofothers' expectations while slowly losing sight of your own needs, voice, and identity. I believe that we all deserve support as we navigate life’s challenges—not just to survive them, but to grow and move forward with greater self-awareness and confidence.
Whether you're facing anxiety, relationship struggles, burnout, or a desire for deeper self-understanding, I’m here to support you. You don’t have to have itall figured out—you just have to be willing to take off the mask and be yourself.
I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling heard and understood. That’s why my approach is rooted in empathy, mutual respect, and genuine collaboration.I use a blend of person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral tools, and mindfulness techniques to meet you where you are. My goal is to support your growth as you reconnect with yourself and move toward a more grounded, fulfilling life.
Know this, it’s not about fixing you—it’s about guiding you back to your own strength, clarity, and sense of self. Ready to take the first step?
