As someone who has always had an interest in the way we connect and communicate with others, I discovered my passion for counseling. As a therapist, I aim to create a safe space for you to be vulnerable throughout your journey of self-exploration and acceptance. My therapeutic style is rooted in an integrative approach that allows me to collaborate with my clients and tailor a plan to fit their individual needs. My approach is primarily based in a psychodynamic focus exploring the impact of family upbringing and environmental influence. I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to reframe negative thought processes, as well as use mindfulness techniques when working with my clients.
