Javena Rowe
I am a mental health counseling intern currently completing my clinical training under the supervision of a licensed professional. I am pursuing my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Baruch College, and I am passionate about supporting individuals as they work through life’s challenges and move toward healing and personal growth. I have a background in case management, working with various demographics such as Black and Brown individuals, LGBTQ+, individuals with disabilities, individuals with substance use, and DV/IPV victims.

My approach to counseling is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each client’s unique story. I draw from evidence-based practices, including person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and mindfulness strategies, tailored to meet your individual needs. I look forward to being part of your journey toward greater self-understanding and well-being.
