No two people are the same, and no two therapy sessions should be either. I tailor my approach to your unique story, goals, and needs, drawing from both psychodynamic therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences may be shaping your present, while also building concrete tools to help you manage challenges and create meaningful change.

I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Manhattan University and have experience working with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, LGBTQ+ identity, and childhood trauma. My goal is to offer a space that feels safe, affirming, and collaborative—where you can be fully yourself and feel supported in the process.
