I believe therapy is a place to feel safe and challenged; it is also a place to explore how to best navigate daily life. Life can be too serious at times, and I believe in the power of humor, alongside empathy, to enact change. My work is goal-oriented and focuses on supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and substance use concerns, often through Motivational Interviewing, an approach that engages positive affirmations towards change-action.

I am currently a graduate student studying Mental Health Counseling at the New York Institute of Technology. Prior to this, I earned my undergraduate degree in Interior Design from Virginia Tech. As a gay man and member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I am passionate about helping others become fully realized versions of themselves, free from shame. I look forward to working together to help you achieve your full potential!
