Ilana Hochman
My name is Ilana Hochman, and I am currently completing my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at The Chicago School. I bring a strong academic foundation in Psychology and Cognitive Science, which informs my ability to understand and address the emotional, cognitive, and relational dimensions of mental health. I have a particular interest in supporting adolescents as they navigate identity development, family dynamics, and emotional challenges.

I have prior experience in case management and preventive services, where I supported individuals and families in accessing the resources they needed to address complex mental health and social concerns. These experiences continue to shape my clinical lens and my commitment to providing thoughtful, strengths-based care. I take a holistic and relational approach to therapy, grounded in deep empathy, curiosity, and respect for each client’s unique story. I am dedicated to fostering meaningful growth and helping clients build more connected, resilient lives.
