Together, we’ll make space for the quieter parts of yourself that haven’t felt safe to come forward. My therapy room is a place for these parts of ourselves to be seen and felt unabashedly. It is my duty and privilege to hold your hand throughout this journey, guiding us in uncovering and making peace with parts of life we might not feel equipped to explore alone.

I specialize in working with young adults and creative professionals facing the overwhelming emotions that arise amid life’s transitions. My background includes substance abuse and trauma, as well as experiences supporting individuals with eating disorders, personality disorders, and identity development. I believe reflecting on early experiences helps us understand the internal patterns and expectations we carry into adulthood. Through a person-centered and psychodynamic approach, I tailor my work around your concerns to help build a revised framework for living. I also incorporate cognitive behavioral skills in my practice to provide you with tools that foster a greater sense of ease as you take on life’s challenges.

My academic background reflects a degree in Psychology from UCLA, earned summa cum laude, and ongoing graduate study in Mental Health Counseling at Baruch College.
