“Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without.”; A quote from Buddha capturing the core belief that guides my work as a therapist—that self-realization and true healing begin within ourselves. Spirituality has always been a meaningful part of my life, shaping how I connect with others, and how I find hope, even in life’s most challenging moments. My passion for psychology and counseling allows me to view real-life situations with a broader perspective, and I bring this lens into my work with clients. Over the years, practices like mindfulness, breathwork, and self-development literature have deepened my self-awareness and continue to inform how I show up as a healing professional.

My approach is client-centered and rooted in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each individual’s unique background and needs. I work closely with clients to understand their personal experiences and preferences, tailoring my methods to support their healing process at a pace that feels right for them. In our work together, I often focus on emotional regulation, strengthening interpersonal relationships, and exploring family dynamics to foster deeper connection and self-awareness.As an advanced clinical resident, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from SUNY Oneonta and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Hofstra University. My academic training and hands-on clinical experience have equipped me to support clients in building self-worth, creating emotional safety, and rediscovering their sense of purpose. Above all, I strive to empower clients to reclaim their voice and navigate life with greater clarity, resilience, and peace.
