As an integrative therapist, I blend several therapeutic approaches to tailor my work to each individual. I primarily draw from cognitive-behavioral approaches, particularly acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and rational-emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), person-centered therapy, existential therapy, and family systems therapy. This allows me to provide a flexible, client-centered approach that helps individuals explore and shift patterns of thinking and behavior while also considering the role of family dynamics and life’s deeper existential questions.I work with adults navigating a variety of challenges, including anxiety conditions, relationship concerns, eating disturbances, life transitions, grief, and trauma. I am especially passionate about helping families identify unhelpful international patterns and hierarchies and create change within their lives. Whether you're struggling with difficult emotions, thoughts, or behaviors, or looking to make lasting changes in your life, my goal is to support you in exploring your values, increasing self-awareness, and taking committed action towards a fulfilling life.
I hold a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology a, Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and am a prelicensed clinician.
