I am a firm believer that the key to our living is in our speaking—and that your voice holds power and possibility. I view therapy as a collaborative and transformative space where we work together to reclaim your voice, re-author your story, and co-create a life that feels aligned, intentional, and true to who you are becoming.

In narrative therapy, we explore the stories you’ve been told, the ones you’ve internalized, and the ones you’re ready to rewrite. Often, these stories are shaped by past experiences, family dynamics, societal expectations, or painful events, and they can deeply influence how you see yourself and your place in the world. But these stories are not fixed. Together, we will unpack the narratives that no longer serve you and begin shaping new ones rooted in your values, strengths, and hopes.

You are not defined by your struggles, the issues you’re experiencing are just one part of the story, not the whole of who you are. My role is to support you in separating yourself from those problems and reclaiming your voice so you can move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
