Emma Kinckley
Hi, I’m glad you’re here.

I’m here to walk alongside you as we explore what’s within your control—and to help you build peace and acceptance with what’s not. In our work together, we’ll focus on healing from past experiences, cultivating resilience, and aligning your life with your values and aspirations.

My approach integrates mindfulness-based and evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This allows us to work holistically—developing practical coping skills while deepening emotional insight and self-awareness. Whether you’re seeking to manage anxiety, navigate life transitions, or build emotional regulation, our work will be tailored to your unique needs.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your inner world with openness and trust. Together, we’ll build a foundation for meaningful growth, healing, and transformation.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from NYU and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at the same institution. I’m passionate about supporting individuals ready to take the next step in their personal journey—and I would be honored to walk with you as you move toward the life you want to lead.
