Our early experiences shape how we move through the world and respond to challenges. In therapy, I offer a space where clients can gently explore the quieter, often overlooked parts of themselves with curiosity, kindness, and compassion.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and new parents, and I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals who have felt “othered” in their environments—including those who identify as multicultural, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with honors from Bard College, and I’m currently pursuing a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. My clinical approach is grounded in psychoanalytic theory and incorporates mindfulness-based practices, expressive arts, and play therapy. I also integrate somatic work, helping clients attune to how emotions and anxiety are held in the body. With a background in dance and mindfulness, I support clients in connecting with both their emotional and physical selves—because healing isn’t just a mental process; it’s an embodied one.
