I strive to create a healing and safe environment full of unconditional positive regard. You know yourself best; I’m here to help untangle whatever is in your head. With me, you’ll define the space and I’ll meet you where you’re at. We’ll be in this together.
I lean towards existential therapy and enjoy discussing themes of freedom, choice, death, and authenticity. I have over two years of experience working with adult, MICA, and geriatric populations, but I enjoy working with all. I work with a range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, substance use, life transitions, decision-making, and other such challenges.
I got my bachelor's degree in psychology and creative writing from Rutgers University-New Brunswick, and I’m working towards my master's degree at Columbia University-Teachers College. When not working here, I’m writing stories and helping fashion designers style clothes.
I believe “life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced,” and “the purpose of psychotherapy is to set people free.”
Therapy is for the brave and the vulnerable, are you ready to embark on this journey together?
