Kathryn received her undergraduate degree with a Psychology major from C.W. Post University. Following graduation she began a career in Behavioral Analysis. After a few years of using behavioral analytical techniques with the Autistic population, she began her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling at New York University.
Kathryn believes that each individual has unique experiences that add to the people we become, however, it does not define who we are. Kathryn uses a variety of counseling techniques and interventions to best serve the needs of her clients.
She specializes in developmental disorders, but has experience with Mood disorders, Psychosis, Obessive Compulsive Disorder, Trauma, and Anxiety disorders. She has a in-depth background working with children, and has experience with teenagers as well as adults.
