CONFIDENTIAL AND AFFORDABLE… CALL US FOR AN APPOINTMENT. WE ARE HERE FOR YOU

Juliet Kraus

It is my belief that you should never suffer in silence. That is why I am here, to help guide you in a journey of self-exploration and healing. I utilize an integrative approach based on your individual needs, and together we will create a custom treatment plan to optimize growth and success in the therapy room. I will often incorporate the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to reframe distorted thinking patterns and adjust maladaptive behaviors, as well as the use of dialectical behavioral techniques to help regulate intense emotions. It is my goal to empower you to make the changes that feel right for you, and to always make you feel comfortable, validated, and safe under my care.

I am a current graduate student in the Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness Master’s program at New York University. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Coastal Carolina University and spent my undergraduate years contributing to the mental health field by supporting abuse victims, patients with severe mental illness, and patients in crisis within psychiatric hospitals and crisis centers. I am dedicated to changing the stigmas surrounding mental health, and being the person that helps you create the best version of yourself.
