Diana’s main priority is that, when stepping into a session, you understand that you’re entering a safe space and the beginning of a partnership. The foundations of this partnership are empathy, compassion, and support. As your ally, Diana is not only listening to your words but also supporting your path to health, while incorporating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and positive psychology.
Diana Fortunato received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Mount Saint Mary College after she continued her education to get her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at Pace University.
